How to clean a stainless steel pizza oven?

Wait until it’s completely cooled before you start cleaning. Rake out the ash from the oven itself, scoop it out and either throw it away or add it to your compost heap. Most food spills inside will burn away with the heat, but you can use a stiff brush to scrape off baked-on or burnt bits. Don’t use a soap or solvent inside.

The steel surfaces are even easier to clean, using non-abrasive cloth and warm water with a dash of washing up liquid. You can use white vinegar instead of washing up liquid.
